With the help of Bright Energy, Härryda Energi will launch a new app for its customers. The purpose of the app is to increase customer engagement and create greater opportunities for end-users to influence their energy consumption. The partnership between Härryda and Bright begins in Q3 2022.
Swedish west coast-based Härryda Energi has over 30 years of experience in distributing electricity to households and businesses within the Härryda area and currently reaches over 15,000 electricity customers. In line with the increased demand for digital interfaces, Härryda has now decided to enlist the help of Bright in launching the new platform.
More and more customers are showing interest in being able to monitor and influence their electricity consumption, and the sharply rising electricity prices have further increased demand. Therefore, it was a given for us at Härryda Energi that we must provide a tool to our customers where they can do just that. Making tomorrow’s energy-smart society possible is part of our vision, and by building and offering Bright’s app solution to our customers, we are taking a big step on the way to this”, says Anna Carlstedt, marketing manager at Härryda Energi.
Intuitive self-service
Bright’s innovative interface helps end users better understand their energy consumption and makes it possible to save both money and make more climate-smart choices. Through intuitive self-service functions in the form of analyses, forecasts, invoicing, payment, and smart control, the app creates transparency and added value and becomes an important tool in the everyday life for many of Härryda’s customers.
We are proud to be involved in helping Härryda Energi’s customers to use electricity smarter. Through our platform, households will gain better insights and in a simpler way understand, control and manage their home’s energy use, cost and environmental impact, says David Forsberg, founder and CEO of Bright.
